Mother’s Market x Seven Sundays
Picture this—a farmer, a food processor, and two dreamers (plus their young family) standing in a tall sunflower field, one sunflower plant apart, brainstorming under the hot summer sun. It’s 2020—the start of the pandemic. While the world shut down, the sunflowers bloomed and so did a delicious, sustainable idea.
Meet Hannah and Brady, founders of Seven Sundays, a planet-forward cereal company crafted with 100% real ingredients. Their dream started on a honeymoon in New Zealand, where they got a taste of good muesli and a sustainable food system. Soon after, they started Seven Sundays to flip the US cereal aisle on its head because there had to be a better way to start the day. From the Minneapolis farmers market to Mother’s Market, Seven Sundays Sunflower Cereal is now available nationwide.
At Seven Sundays, product innovation doesn’t happen in a lab with white coats, safety goggles, and engineered flavor droplets. It happens from the ground up, where real food grows in a Sunflower field, where a farmer and a food processor make golden cold-pressed oil from sunflower seeds, which leaves behind a nutrient-rich sunflower meal once left as waste. With a little grit, a big idea, and additional milling, an upcycled sunflower flour was born and put back into the food stream. A sustainable, delicious second chance.
You’ll find this upcycled sunflower protein in their Grain Free Sunflower Cereal. With the crunch of a traditional cereal, it’s made with 100% real ingredients—like real fruit, rich cocoa, dates, and organic maple syrup. No magic, no tricks, just real food grown in harmony with nature—the way it should be.
