Sourcing their agaves exclusively from sustainably farmed lands, Los Sundays Tequila’s commitment to quality means they only use fully mature agave which are harvested with care. Los Sundays never purchase agave from the free market or use juvenile plants.
Produced at one of Jalisco Mexico’s most awarded distilleries, Los Sundays Tequila is crafted using a unique blending technique combining both the high and low land region agaves.

The Coconut and Jalapeño Blanco expressions are crafted the same way as the Blanco, it is only the final finishing stage that changes allowing Los Sundays to create their unique, sought after flavor profiles.
Proprietary all natural extracts for coconut and jalapeño are added, balancing the flavors with the Blanco to create the perfect mix of agave forward expressions with a smooth coconut finish or for the jalapeño, a deliciously spicy finish that still brings forward all the characteristics of the Blanco we all love.
